I recently stayed at this hotel for 2 days, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations — especially considering I was visiting during Ramadan. Initially, I was quite worried about how I would manage my Iftar and Suhoor, but the hotel’s exceptional service made everything incredibly easy and comfortable. They provided a thoughtful, well-organized buffet for both Iftar and Suhoor, offering a wide variety of delicious and fresh dishes, catering to different tastes and dietary needs. The staff was incredibly accommodating and ensured everything was ready on time, which really made me feel cared for and respected. The atmosphere was peaceful, making it an ideal place for rest and reflection after a long day of fasting. The rooms were clean, spacious, and cozy — perfect for unwinding.

Had a one night stay with family. totally satisfied with the services. reception and check in was smooth. since its in the middle of rawalpindi, easy access to all places.

I had two nights stay at Royalton Hotel Rawalpindi. staff was very cooperative, ACs were working properly. food was good.

We had a wedding in pindi and we took this hotel for 4 night 6 rooms, and our stay was wow. Breakfast just basic however, not bad at all. Rooms was clean, bedsheet also clean blanket also. Staff very good. Very attentive. It is business area so not much is surrounding, no big store near by not good restaurant nearby.

The staff is very cooperative and well-trained. This is my honest review — please remember this is a 3-star hotel, so don’t expect 5-star facilities. However, I would personally rate it 4 stars because of their excellent staff behavior, clean and comfortable rooms, great breakfast, and overall welcoming atmosphere. Don’t waste your money on other nearby hotels — the Royalton team is doing a fantastic job! From reception to housekeeping and room service, everything is above 3-star standards. I do have a couple of suggestions for improvement: The Wi-Fi network has improved but still isn’t in optimal working condition. Dear Royalton management, please consider installing managed access points on all floors to prevent connectivity issues. The shared or connected rooms (like 506 and 507) are not soundproof, which can sometimes cause disturbance between adjoining rooms. Please look into improving soundproofing to enhance guest comfort.

I’ve always chosen to stay at Royalton Hotel whenever I visit Rawalpindi, and my recent stay proved exactly why. This time, I experienced truly exceptional hospitality that compelled me to write this review. Unfortunately, I felt unwell during my stay, but the hotel management went above and beyond to take care of me. For two days, they ensured I was comfortable — providing freshly prepared meals, serving them directly to my room, and regularly checking in on me to make sure I was okay. Their kindness and attentiveness made me feel truly cared for, which is rare to find. This level of service, combined with the hotel’s usual comfort and convenience, has made me even more loyal to Royalton Hotel. I highly recommend this place not only for its excellent facilities but for the compassionate and dedicated staff who genuinely prioritize their guests' well-being.

Had great time. Very affordable, stayed for 3 days, service was excellent very friendly and enjoyable environment. Will recommend anyone who are traveling out of country
